ThePrudentConsultantsPvt.Ltd.,isaninternationalconsultingcompanyoriginallyincorporatedinCanada,andhavinganoffshorebranchinPakistan,registeredwiththeSecuritiesandExchangeCommissionofPakistan,undertheCompaniesOrdinance(XLVIIof1984)withUniversalIdentificationCode0068190.   PrudentConsultantsinitscurrentshapeandstructureisaculminationofresearcheffortsstartedbackin1953.Atthattime,ourseniorconsultantswereengagedinconductingsocio-economicresearchwiththethenBoardofEconomicEnquiry(BEE).ThelaterwasassociatedwiththeP&DDepartmentofKhyberPakhtunkhwaandwasconductingvarietyofsurveysandstudiestohelpsupportpolicymakers. FellowresearchersassociatedwithPrudentConsultantshavecompletedscoresofconsultingtaskssuchasimpartingtrainings,datacollection,surveysconduction,dataanalysis,preparingfeasibilitystudies,developingplanningandstrategicdocumentsaswellaswritingproposalsforgrantsfororganizationssuchastheAsianDevelopmentBank(ADB),theWorldBank,InternationalfundforAgriculturalDevelopment(IFAD),SwissDevelopmentCorporation(SDC),PakistanMedicalResearchCouncil(PMRC),AghaKhanRuralSupportprogram(AKRSP),tomentionafew.  Keepinginviewourstakesintraining,researchanddevelopmentthismorethanhalfaCenturyeffortandspecialisationwasnamedasPrudentConsultantsbyitsassociatesandthusregisteredinPakistan.ThesamenamewasincorporatedinOntario,Canadaaswellintheyear2005.Eversince,thePrudentisstrivingforexcellenceintheareasofitsinterestsandspecialization.
